Unconditional Auction
Choose the traditional auction route for a simple, secure, and fast sale. As soon as the auction ends and your reserve price is met, you exchange contracts immediately. Most sales complete within 28 days, giving you a clear and reliable timeline from day one.
Buyers must have their funds in place before they bid, so you move forward knowing the sale becomes legally binding the moment the auction finishes. No delays, no uncertainty — just a direct path to completion.

Conditional Auction

When the auction ends, the winning bidder pays a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your property. They then have up to 60 days to exchange and complete, giving them time to arrange funding or carry out final checks — while you still benefit from a committed buyer and a defined timeline.

Your property is promoted across all major online portals, our extensive national database, and through local marketing by your agent. We'll conduct viewings, provide regular updates, and keep you informed every step of the way.
4. Bidding
Buyers can place bids online in real time from anywhere, on any device. This flexibility gives your property the widest possible exposire without the limitations of a traditional auction room.
5. Exchange & Completion
Unconditional Auction: exchange happens immediately, with completion within 28 days.
Conditional Auction: the buyer pays a non-refundable Reservation Fee and has up to 60 days to exchange and complete. Offering flexibility while maintaining commitment.
