Rightmove Intel puts Homemaker Properties ahead of any other Coventry letting agent in terms of the number of new instructions and let’s agreed on house shares, between 1st January and 1st November 2015. The statistics show Homemaker Properties as market leaders for house shares with a 22.2% market share of let’s agreed compared to the nearest competitor with just an 11.7% portion of the market

House Shares are where two or more people live in a property together. Each person usually has their own bedroom and may share facilities such as a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. In Coventry, there is a high demand for house shares amongst students, both Coventry University and the University of Warwick, as well as working professional tenants. According to a demand report, provided by Rightmove, 78,794 searches within the last month have been for Coventry house and flat shares.
